The delivery time will be defined according to the chosen transport provider, as well as your Country of residence. You will be given a tracking number as soon as your order is validated by our system and processed by our team. We respect European law regarding the processing of returns, so we accept returns within 14 days from the date of signature of the transport slip. However, we only accept returns of products that have not been opened and removed from their original packaging. Thus the return is only considered to be accepted once the product has been analyzed and approved by our team. The procedure is communicated when a return request is required from our services. You must use the form, which you will find at the bottom of our "Return" website. Requests via other communication media are not accepted.
